This is what I came home to. Amanda shot this copper head with my Glock 23 using Golden Saber. It left a 4" semi-circle hole.

Well done sir, well done! A few years ago I damn near stepped on a copperhead in the back yard and blasted it with the .45 HK USP & a Federal Hydra-Shock.

Those are some beautiful snakes but I still chop them up every chance I get! Amanda is beautiful as well! Where you located in Central pain?

Those are some beautiful serpents....too bad they're poisonous. I let the non-poisonous ones go- but not so much on poisonous. I couldn't stand letting one roam around the house and have it bite someone- especially a kid....

It's getting to be that time of year where those damn things camouflage themsleves so well in the leaves and branches. Looks like some good shootin'.

I have a coworker in Houston that was bitten three weeks ago by a little copperhead. He spent a week in the hospital and still may lose the finger.

We are in the back of Bellingrath. This is the second one she has come across that size.

I shot a big one on my front door mat about a year ago with my 22 LR, was a little over two foot long, I'm glad it was daylight when I opened the door to let the dog out.
