Crossbows

Anyone shoot the ten point crossbows, I'm looking at getting a crossbow since neck surgery sidelined my compound bow shooting this year and possible next year too, not dead set on the ten point, just want one with a short limb width.

Don't know anything about TenPoint CB's but whatever you do, get the model with the highest FPS speed. It's going to cost the most, but you will not be dissappointed. I have seen the shortcomings of the lower arrow speeds.

I have a TP Turbo XLT. Love it. I have a bum shoulder so I use a crossbow. I got the Turbo because its so compact. I think it's only about 11.5 inches cocked. I can sit in my climber without it being cumbersome. I've even hunted out of a 4x4 box stand with it. You don't need a 400+ FPS crossbow. 300 FPS will kill them just as dead. If you hunt out of a confines space like a climber or ladder stand... Get a narrow Xbow like the turbo. There is another narrow one made by another reputable company but I don't remember which one.
