i wander if the same laws are applied everywhere because im in mississippi?

ATF law is the same everywhere as its Federal and trumps state law. With that being said, things like zoning law, magazine capacity and etc. are state laws. What I said could be completely incorrect. I thought I read it in my research. I just wanted to offer that you might want to research it before sending in the application with the 200 fee for an 01 dealer. It would make the process for me seem worse if I had to go through it multiple times.

It definitely wouldn't be the first time I was ever wrong and probably not the first time that day
