Any recommendations on decently priced places to get my venison turned into sausage?

I've used a few places in the past and none of which I've been all that impressed with.
Looking for a place anywhere between the Gonzales area and Baton Rouge.
I just don't want to pay a fortune for it again and be disappointed.

I've seen that Martin's in prairieville does it, I have no clue how much it costs but their regular sausage is the best. I made my own sausage last year and had a fun day with my dad doing it, but if I get lucky enough for 2 deer this year I may try some of the commercial offerings.

I got two deer done last year at tramontes. They are a lil expensive, but 100% worth it especially for their jalapeño cheese sausage. If I remember correctly they ran just under $200 each deer.
