Let roast thaw and marinate in Zesty Italian Dressing for 2 days. Seasoned with Salt, Pepper & Garlic, dusted with flour and browned all sides in a dutch oven with onions. Moved the roast to the crock pot, added 2 cups of beef broth to the dutch oven and got all the gratin mixed in and poured into the crock pot. I added a quart of canned tomatoes (from my garden last year), potatoes and carrots. Set to low and walked away. I can't wait to get home tonight. :D
