Do you name your weapons?

I find myself naming objects I have and sometimes it's my weapons. I usually find a good name that fits and sometimes I don't really name them. For example my first AR build was a 20inch stainless barreled versus I named the "Varmitnator", my new TX22 is "lil hulk" being it's green, and now one of my current AR's is "Mule" due to I seem to use it as a test mule for new optics, lights and things. Do any of you name your weapons??

I don't just name anything for the sake of naming it, but only if I can think of or it deserves a fitting name. My test mule AR for example I refer to as "Mule". Simple enough huh.

When I was still In the Navy stationed in the horrible state of Washington, I bought a cheap Turkish shotgun. I believe it was called a hatsan escort. I named it Shelly and for what ever reason absolutely loved that piece of junk. It was a horrible shotgun in all honesty but it was a semi auto and actually ran like it was supposed to. Outside of that it was terrible but I absolutely loved Shelly at the time. I eventually sold it before moving back home to Louisiana. Looking back i probably should have kept it just because however at the time I just wanted to get back home as soon as humanly possible.

No. I did name my wife though.

I do not typically name my weapons but “Junior” became code for my pump gun when I would have to say things like, lemme grab Jr before I leave. Jr likes to ride in the truck and stows pretty neat in a special spot when cased up in the little short rug I have. Just a little backup.
My son named the .50 “Big Bertha” and laughed about it not fitting in the car.
