DOK Med Kit?

I have used Tac Med a few times in the last month so I know they are good to go.
Now I need a few gunshot type med kits and they pointed me towards the DOK https://www.tacmedsolutions.com/store/Products_Detail.php?ProductID=48
I would like to see what you more experienced folks think about it?

It's alot like the GAK, except without Combat Gauze. I'm biased but I'd get the GAK. They are available in Houma without you having to pay for shipping or at Interstate Guns in Hammond.

I really thought y'all just did it as a one time group buy I didn't realize it was gonna be a long term thing.

For a single kit it appears 'ok'. But if you wanted multiple kits and items that last, buy in bulk from other sources and I also recommend Miltex brand shears.

14ga X 31/4" Cat. for chest decompression.

Between the 2nd and 3rd intercostal space on the mid-clavicular line has fewer chances of those complications

I understand buying in bulk for bigger kits but what items should I replace with ones that will "last"?
