Atrazine. I use the High Yield brand available at Ace Hardware stores. Don't buy the sufficant for it. Just add a little dishwashing liquid to it so it adheres to the dollar weed.

2-4-D products work well on broad leaf weeds. I have used it on dollarweed as well as Virginia Button Weed which is a bitch to get rid of. Ortho Weed B Gone works well. Can be used in a pump sprayer for spot control or a hose end sprayer. The Ortho hose end sprayer works well and allows control of mixture per mfg. I have used it personally with success.

+1 on Scuba Steve's recommendation. There's a product called Image that kicks ass but is pricey.

24d alone will work, and is very safe. However this product is 24d, plus two derivitives of 24d works much better and is also safe. Dont know if you can get it local, but its worth ordering.

We use Grazon P+D on our pastures, I also use it in the yard for spot treatment of dollar weed, clover, and other types of broad leaf weeds. It will also devastate a tallow tree. It is 2,4-D plus Picloram. For spot treatment I mix 2.5Oz per gallon which is double strength. It works great on fence lines mixed with Hi-Yield Killzall.

That Eraser stuff is the same thing as Roundup but a lot cheaper. $50 for 2.5 gallons of 41% strength. There is a higher concentration for aquatic weeds that is 55%
