    Are you positive he’s the individual that took it? Could it possibly be anyone else? When’s the last time it was for a fact known to be in the drawer and when was it discovered missing?
    Yes positive. Morning of. And he’s stolen from them before and they turned a blind eye to it( skimmed their credit cards). Charges showed up on their account in his home town. ( this was several years ago)

    3. Your about to report it as stolen so it can be put in the national database.
    4, He can expect a visit from the local law and possibly ABC agency.

    2. You can't be weak, You have no choice but to legally break it off in his diddy

    Or don’t say anything to anyone other than the sheriff because the thief could get wind of it and toss the pistol in the river never to be seen again, deny any accusations and you have no case.
