I have a 2006 Cavalier Fema Trailer that we have had at our deer lease for several years. Well taken care of. Everything is in working order. Lost the original cover to the water heater while travelling so have an alternate cover. A/C blows cold, Heater works, Microwave works, Full size refrigerator/freezer works. Tires are in great shape as it just made a 300 mile trip. Now the bad: The roof leaks at the front end over the main bedroom and I have not been able to take the time to repair it. I have had a tarp over it for the last 3 years and it kept the water out most of the time. No Title but will do a bill of sale. The paperwork is included from the auction company but has never been processed. I am asking $2000 or best reasonable offer. Call 985-859-6402.
