I like how he put "delay" in quotes like that. I interpret that as him being snarky/sarcastic as if he doesn't think he's doing anything slow/wrong. I think that's obviously not quite true.

Sounds like you need a new dealer. At this point I would start looking at getting my money back. He probably didn't send it in. If that is the case I would definitely get my money back. What can did you try and order? OSPREY_45 If you found someone with one in stock and they submit it electronically you would be pending in the system the same day. If he just mailed your form 4 off you won't go pending for at least another 2-3 months.

Would trying to get my money back even be a route, I would want to try and go?
Since, I have already cleared state, would the SS# of the can already be attached to me??


I liked the guy, I planed on doing more doing more business with him.
I don't wont to be a pain in his ass.
But I am just getting concerned / nervous.
