We wound up camping at Frenchman's Wilderness in Butte La Rose this weekend this is a nice campground. It is very kid friendly and quiet.
We didnt start out going there we normally go to Poche's fish and camp in Breaux Bridge it was booked up for the weekend if you have kids this place is good for them to fish, as long as thay have worms thay can catch fish from the back of the camper. So we looked on the INTERNET and decided to try Catfish Heaven. It is not heaven at all we drove up checked in and that is when we were told it was 2.25 per pound and you could not clean them at the campground so it was 3.00 a Pound for him to clean it. If you where caught throwing a fish back it would be a 50.00 fine. The camp sites where so close that after putting the slide out out and the nabor would have put out his awning thay would have been close to touching.
