The handgun is probably something shooting 9x18Mak so its low recoil as well, non the less still pretty bad ass as a FA and as mentioned before they are 5.45 guns so they are much softer than 5.56 and day/night when compared to 7.62x39

The FA handgun is a Stechkin (APS). He is demonstrating the advantages of his method, and commenting/comparing is to the traditional Russian/Soviet stance.
The semi looks a MR443.

It looks as if the rifles aren't recoiling at all, just spittin' fire out the barrel. I don't care what caliber he is shooting, he makes it look as if he is shooting a .22. Very impressive.

I downloaded his diagrams of how to hold the weapons and am going to give it a try with a pistol here sometime soon. I am very curious to see what it does for me.
