    This didnt delay anything really.. just the plaintiffs in the case are affected.. it should also be noted that atf director testified it would ok to just remove them, but they sent out a letter saying other wise and you had to destroy them if you had them.

    thats 0.6% of compliance....:doh: im sure the other 37,500,000 either disassembled or destroyed there pistol

    Saw a few of these and I don’t like that choosing not to keep and register is being referred to as noncompliance.
    1. Not complying with federal law makes a person a felon.
    2. The ATF spelled out 4 distinct methods of COMPLYING with said law.
    3. Details do matter when it comes to things like this.

    To comply is to "act in accordance with a wish or command." If you are not acting in accordance with a wish or command, what would you rather it be called?
