    More difficult than a non serated...

    There may be a better way.. But on the serated knives that I have I sharpen each groove on the blade individually ...It takes a little longer but no biggie...

    I am a little goofy about my knives.. I keep them so sharp that I often get cut just touching the blade...

    i run my thumb on the blade lightly,it it doesnt leave a line,it isnt sharp.

    probably not the safest thing to do
