What is your inteded use for it? If you plan to use it on a wma then yes will need to be registered. If you plan to get it licensed as a low speed vehicle then yes. If you plan to ride it around your yard, neighbor hood (not legal) and private hunting property then no you do not. Ive had a couple over the years and currently own one. Use it on private property, camp grounds and illegally around the neighboring subdivision without being registered.
