When people reply to posts on here, is it correct etiquette to use the first name listed on their profile, or the screen name/handle?

Either one. If you post an ad and put thanks, Brian at the end, some will address you as Brian and some will say all star. You can address me as chad or chad...my "handle" and first name are the same!
