Someone was talking about custom knives from cbr900son on here a while back.

He even offered to let them come help make the knives to make it more personal.

I got lots of knives and flasks from folks. One I got that I liked and use a lot was a mini shop vac.

best i've gotten is a crystal whiskey decanter with 4 glasses.. with my initials engraved in them.

I got something different for each guy that was catered to them. I had a cigar smoker that I got cigars and a case. Another type of smoker that I got a zippo. A youngster (ring boy) that I got a knife. A drinker that I got a big stein and a flask. A gambler that I got a pretty nice chip set and cards. And a doctor that I got a stethescope...because he doesn't have time to have fun anyway.

Although it was mostly run-of-the-mill groomsmen stuff, they were pleased that I at least got them each something that they'd use rather than sit in a drawer somewhere.

A really good knife sounds great.
SOG Seal Pup or Ontario Knives

Maybe even a Multitool. You can find a good one (SOG or Leatherman) for pretty inexpensive.
