Considering it is going to cost YOUR friends to be in YOUR wedding, you should at least pay for the tux's. And, you might want to ask them if they honestly REALLY want to be in it.

I put everybody I know on notice, I am retired from standing in weddings.

But I did get a nice Leatherman for standing in one a long time ago, and I still have it.

Stay away from the cheesy beer mugs with there initials. I got my guys some nice stainless spyderco and got there initials engraved. I also payed $100 towards there tuxs. Most use the knives still, but they said the paying for the tux was the best part. I have retired from being in weddings unless my brother gets married.
