Man, Chicago is breaking records every weekend. Most people shot in one city by a long shot. But I’m puzzled by something and I can’t make up my mind as to what it is…
With all that shooting you would think the kill ratio would be higher than 4 out of 48.
With all that practice they get, they still can’t shoot worth a flip.
Or, maybe they’re just shooting to wound and not kill?
Or, maybe those people in Chicago are just that damn tough and hard to kill?
Somebody help me out please?
