Hog trap success

I built a 52" X 8' hog trap around Sept last year. Didn't get a lot of results at first, but I suppose they got used to it in its current location. We've pulled 7 hogs from it as of today. Just thought I'd share a couple pics. My dad has been checking it, since I'm offshore, there are 2 in it this morning.

Caught these two Thursday morning, they are now in a pen.

Very Nice, One thing however, New rules on the trap are out, I believe you need a 22" hole cut out in the top. Check the rules and regs on the LDWF site.

You are correct, just talked to dad, hole is now cut to specs. I appreciate the info!!

Your Welcome and your ahead of me, I have not cut the hole yet, But then again I'm not using it...Yet !

No hole !!!! hogs can climb and jump, these things have become a problem. They need to be eradicated by any means !!! keep up the good work, killing one sow kills almost 50 hogs in a year. they need to be controlled by any means !!!!
