There’s a lot more to this story than what’s being reported.
What the heck is a juvenile detention center worker selling a 14 year old a firearm!? That’s deserving of him to be arrested as he clearly knows he’s selling a troubled juvenile a Firearm! Can’t rehabilitate these kids with this kind of influence and guidance! All this for such a small amount of money that he was making and I just don’t see what his true intent was.

There's just a little bit of detail missing from the whole story. It's mostly because the article is poorly written, but I'm sure they are keeping some information while they investigate to see if it's bigger.

And this is why all transactions should go through a FFL. Thank goodness the alphabet soup agency is working on a solution. Remember…it’s to keep the children safe and to avoid a situation such as this.

Come on Man! We all know the criminals will follow the new ruling. If not at least there will be a comprehensive list of law abiding gun owners. Yes heavy sarcasm!

"Detention Center" -ah yes, a world that most only know about from TV shows. In reality it makes perfect sense that a worker would sell to an inmate. Take that six degrees of separation and subtract three or four. Auntie, cousin, homeboy, etc. and the reason that deal went down starts to sound very normal.
