    Open Bolt select-fire machine pistols / subguns are different sort of animal,
    even slightly counter intuitive when it comes to operating the bolt and such.
    There are things you do NOT want to do when operating them.

    I learned that a long while ago with an Uzi Micro thanks to some our overseas special ops guys! I tend to be VERY weary when I see a mac-10 or the like pulled out at a range by average Joe. I usually end up doing one of three things. 1) Strike up convo about the weapon with the owner and mention the possible issue. 2) Discreetly inform the R.O. about that type of weapon and mention a close call experience some time back with a N.G. discharge related to an Open Bolt platform. 3) Get the hell out of dodge and call it a day.
