This is from last year, and I won't DARE mention the member who brought this to me, but just discussing light weight gun smithing and wanted to share.
If you ever wanted to know how strong a forged receiver really is, it's strong enough to break a stainless grip screw off in while building it. But may I suggest, if the screw is meeting enough resistance to break before the pistol grip is tight, might wanna back it out and chase the threads with a tap.
If memory serves, this was a stripped Anderson lower.
