Unfortunately, your question has unintended consequences. You basically implied you bypassed the form 4473 to avoid having to lie on the form and, despite knowing you were a prohibited person, chose to acquire guns through private transfers. This site has a couple of sections for linking buyers and sellers together for private sales. So the obvious question would be is this site facilitating illegal weapons transfers. The answer is no, it is not. And as an admin on the site, I cannot allow the chance that a prohibited person who has used private sales to avoid form 4473 would use the site for illegal activities.
