So, finals are ending Saturday for me and I didn't really get to workout much this year and I am starting a new workout plan on Monday. I would to like to see if anyone has any thoughts or would tweak anything in it. My setup is similar to workouts I have done in the past that have worked for me, but this one is a little more hard core on cardio than the past ones. So, here it is:
I will follow the Insanity normal calendar and have a second workout later in the day. The second workout will be a P90X workout as follows:
Saturday: Shoulders and Arms (heavy weights on arms)
Sunday: X Stretch
Monday: Cardio Abs (and maybe ab-ripper)
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Chest Shoulders Triceps
Thursday: Cardio Abs
Friday: Chest & Back & NO INSANITY!
Thoughts anyone?
