You can subscribe to the threads. This can be done manually (in the thread), or you can set your preferences to auto-subscribe to threads you post in.
If you don't want an email for each post, you can edit your email preferences in your user CP.
Besides that, I don't think so. I don't think we have a "Tag" feature like ar15.com.

Right above the first post off to the right you will see some menu options. Click on "Thread Tools" then "Subscribe to this thread."
From there, you can go to your user CP and it will show if any subscribed threads have been updated since your last visit.
