Got some more pieces put on the Jeep. Got the gas tank and fuel line in. Got the horn on and horn button on and working. Repaired, painted, and installed my steering wheel, and yes that’s how it came from the factory. Got the glove box and glove box door installed. I had to reinforce the glove box with metal straps and then found out they were in the way of the glove box door so had to tear it apart and re engineer it. Got all the sheet metal in around the shifter and accelerator and brake and clutch pedals. Also got the wiring corrected which was nice as I am not skilled in this at all. Did learn a little so that was nice. Also got my Jeep logo painted on the tailgate. This was what Jeep put on their tailgates to let you know it was a 4x4. Also getting my wheels sand blasted and painted as we speak. Going with gloss black with a maxis buck shot mudder. It’s a radial mud tire with old school vibes. You old schoolers will know what I’m taking about. Installed the tailgate chains, they are made in the USA by Walcks in Pennsylvania.
