Just bought my first bow.

I'm most comfortable around 63- 67lb draw weight depending on the bow. I can pull 70lbs but I like to shoot alot so it's just better for me.

I think I've about decided too add shooting my bow to my workout. Nothing else I do works out my upper abs as good as shooting 50-60 times. I was really surprised the next day.

It should work out your back and shoulders pretty good. Muscles u don't use all the time.
