I joined about 1 month ago. I like the circuit training aspect and the way the programs are designed. Being open 24/7 is nice too as since I work nights I am up at all hours of the night and can just go when I want to. The biggest reasons I like it is that it is located across the road from McDonalds. This help me with the mental part of not eating that junk. I also really like the aspect that you do not have to think about what workout you will be doing and what pace to do it at. It is all programmed for you.
So far I am down 10 lbs this month and really enjoying myself there.
