LA State Police S&W 50 Yr

Anyone have any info on these? 1986 S&W LA State Police 357 50 yr #1 of 200. Have not found any mention on the web.

It was given to a trooper 30yrs ago it Was put away in original cardboard box and wood case in a closet an forgotten until recent.
