    NOLA/Northshore!
If I had the money, It would be in my collection. They actually are reliable weapons. But the novelty is what I like about it. Only a couple hundred imported max, and this guy had EVERYTHING with it, including extra original mags! Nice!

I have heard various figures for numbers actually imported to the US: 300, 100, 51 or just a handful.

I would imagine it's more than just a handful unless these same guns are repeatedly transferred around.

I would buy one if I was a multimillionaire and just finished playing Metal Gear Solid. It's a cool gun. But otherwise, I'll take a couple few AUGs or Tavors, or one of such and the cash balance.

the little bipods used on most rifles...well it does weigh 3-4 times as much as those and well it also recoils a little more also :D But me thinking, that had a hint of sarcasm in it, lol

    Oh I agree wholeheartedly
Though when it comes military arms, I can appreciate the utilitarian nature of some...which is the case of 82A1, to me it just says, no frills badassness
