    Question: How difficult was the duck to cut using the plastic utensils at your disposal?

    It was not difficult at all because as previously stated, I did not overcook them. As for your comment; I buy the good stuff for my plastic utensils. There is nothing more aggravating than trying to stab something on your plate with a pliable plastic utensil. And some that snap under pressure? Forget about it! What a waste of good petroleum products.

    And finally, I cannot change the thread name now. It has been established.
