Looking for a GOOD instructor for developing a SOLID, FUNCTIONAL self-defense foundation for a friend of mine.
I have a Judo and Jujitsu background and I have a bias here. That would include Sambo and Krav Maga.
HOWEVER, a school is no better than its instructors (and to a large extent the student body).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
