Looking for a gunsmith in New Iberia or Lafayette area - jammed FTF M&P 22c

The pistol jammed with a round (dud round already struck by firing pin) in the chamber. The slide will cycle about 1/4" and the round moves with the slide. Feels as though the binding is occuring between the slide and the frame. No way to move the slide far enough back to disassemble. Can not see any obstructions in the gap between the slide and frame. Any reccomendations on a suitable smith to repair?
