A friend of mine called and said he might have an old one laying around. I wouldn't want to ruin the one you showed me, I'd rather you give it to someone that could actually use it for it's intended purpose.

If it's for kydex, nothing will happen to the oven. Kydex just becomes leathery when heated. It won't melt into a puddle at 275.

I didn't smell anything. Our toaster is fine.

Has a little smell, but nothing that is bothersome. Just use the kitchen oven.
