Looking for company to clean out a house

So I know that some lawn guys will do side jobs for Realtors. My parents evicted someone and he was a hoarder. There's no food or biohazard issue. It's near Belaire High School. I can't get to BR until Wed/Thurs. Any BSer know if someone I can call?

If you hire someone, be sure to get a good name and number from him. I paid a guy to clean out a mini storage. He should have been bringing the stuff to the dump, but he was dumping it in the swamp down an oil company road. The game warden found it and called me. If I would not have written down his name and number, I would have been charged with littering. Found the guy at a recycling place, some of those guys will do anything for money and they all have trucks.
