Only pics I could find of my rifle off hand.

1943 Izhevsk-made Round Receiver 91/30 Mosin Nagant rifle.

It's in great condition. I shoot it occasionally. With plain ol surplus ammo I've gotten about 4" groups, without doing any work to the rifle. I've done nothing to it except clean the cosmoline off, for the most part. Still some cosmoline in the corners and what not.

No cracks in the wood, nothing out of the ordinary on the gun. Just a run of the mill 91/30.

I'm looking to buy myself a Finnish Mosin soon, and trade up, so I'm looking to get rid of my Mosin.

I'm in the Lafayette area. I'd sell it for... well, how's $70? Save you shipping and/or transfer fees.

I can take better photos if you would like.

Oh, and it includes all the goodies you normally get... bayonet, pouches, oil can, tools.

Damn, you're giving that away. I like your Liberty trainer too.

Thanks. I put the Tech Sights on it back when I had aspirations of doing an Appleseed but haven't had the motivation to anymore. Got more interested in training with my pistol and aspirations of battle rifle training.

I don't know anything about M-N's, but Bud's Gun Shop has a special on them for $92 delivered.

I think they're out of stock. Not really that fantastic and Bud's usually charges another 3% for credit card. AIM has them for $70 plus $12.47 shipping (to Baton Rouge).

Finding a transfer FFL in the NOLA area that will do it for a reasonable price is a task in itself.
