LA Gun and Reloading supply got a very small shipment in today. 4lbs of it left there right now. W296/H110 has been so hard to find lately...what is the deal with availability of these powders that can be used for 300BLK? Lil' Gun, H110, W296 seem to be the most difficult to find. IMR4227 & 4198 seem to be easier to locate these days.

Lafayette Shooters has a more than a dozen of 1lb W296 if you want to drive to Lafayette.

They also have BL-C2, H4895, H322, and some IMR of various types, in good quantities.

Price isn't great, but it is here.
