OK, I understand, but; would you recommend it to someone looking to get into a lease, knowing what you know?
Something not stated in your first post tells me there are reasons you are getting out. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but its just a feeling I got since I was once a member there.

IMHO any deer lease/club anyone will join will have problems. Not everyone gets along, not everyone shows up for work days, people argue about stand placement and if you are lucky enough to get that buck of a lifetime everyone will congradulate you but will stab you in the back.

I hunt with 2 other friends of mine on a small lease. Two of us are really close friends. If you know what I mean.

But good luck finding a lease. That is a nice area.
