And Cam Newton ain't going anywhere , any time soon . IF something were to go down , it'll be too late to affect things this season . Just my opinion .

I'm not so sure about that.

The risk of having yet ANOTHER Heisman Trophy disgraced by controversial criminal actions is a FEAR in most voters mind.

Could you imagine the implications if come January, Cam Newton is charged or found guilty of these allegations??? :eek3:

The Heisman would be disgraced in a way that could possibly tarnish it's reputation for decades to come.

Hopefully we get to the bottom of all this ASAP! Like in the next 2 weeks!

I want to know how you copy stuff like the quote button and post it. That is pretty cool.

    Should be good, always is.

However after the Rebels year this year it would be an embarassment to LSU to lose at home against them :(
I completely agree with this statement. But you never can tell.

As far as LSU making it to the NC game, that is a long shot. There are way to many things that will have to happen for LSu to go.

That being said I would love for those things to happen.

I don't know the technical terms but they aren't important really.

Forum buttons and most all images have it's own URL. Some are private and cannot be grabbed.

Drag you mouse over any image you see like lets say the Bayoushooter image at the top right of your screen.
    - Right click on it
-Go all the way down to properties
-In the properties box you'll see the image URL.
    In this case the Bayoushooter Image in the top left corner of the page URL address is;
    http://www.bayoushooter.com/forums/images/header.narrow.gif

Now that you have the image URL all thats needed now is to paste it between the open and close IMG Tags that look like this
    Code:
    [img]Insert image URL here[/img]

    header.narrow.gif

Hold Ctrl and hit 'A' to see images highlighted.

Right click and "save image," then post the image to a host, and insert it in the <img> tag.

If it's already hosted somewhere you don't have to host it yourself.

Take the Banner Ticker at the top right of the page your own now.

Just right click on it whenever you want. Retrieve the URL Ady

Then simply click on the little Mountain IMG
    insertimage.gif
at the top of your post options. When you do simply paste the URL Ady and click OK. It Automatically puts the IMG tags on the URL ady for you/.

You're looking at it wrong. All this controversy will keep him from getting enough votes so he won't win it.

Ok. I'm kind of a college football idiot but can someone explain to me how a Boise State or TCU (who play one ranked team) compares to an LSU or Auburn who play 5 or more ranked teams? Seems like pitting an undefeated class B football team against a 2 or 3 loss 5a team.

I remember an undefeated Hawaii team that was put into a bowl with a .500 or so Georgia team and got destroyed.

I don't get it. Does anyone really think Boise or TCU is one of the best teams in the nation?

Well they aren't Automatic BCS Qualifying Teams for one thing. The reason they are ranked so high is b/c of the Human Polls that are mixed with the BC Computers AND b/c they put up MAJOR numbers against some pitiful teams.

The reason they rank high like that is more football politics imho. Yea they could win in the SEC/Big 12/Big Ten etc. but they sure as hell wouldn't be going unbeaten every season.

This is why most times when they do go to bowl games they lose :mamoru: Not always of course but most times. Then we all point and laugh. ;)

You see they HAVE to win all their games to stay up top b/c if they lose they have no QUALITY opponents to play in order to GAIN some ground in the Computers. If thee teams lost one game they'd be in bad shape, lose two and you wouldn't hear from them again.

    For example look at this;
    #17 South Carolina 7-3
    #18 Nevada 9-1

You got the SEC East Champs/Gamecocks with 3 loss's yet still ranked #17.

BUT you got Nevada(WAC) with only ONE loss and they are all the way back at #18. When Nevada loses next week to Boise, they will fall off the Top 25 with only TWO losses.

YET the SEC will still have TWO LOSS Teams in the Top 15.
    #11 Alabama 8-2
    #13 Arkansas 8-2

    That's b/c of conference strength. ;)
