Make a difference!

I am writing to encourage all who are willing to do more than sit in the background to make a run for office, but not just any office; I am encouraging all of you to run for your local school. The school board is a great place to get you feet wet in running for a political office and more imoprtantly it gets real conservatives in a very valuable office; the office that determines what the next generation of Americans is taught! Most if not all of us have seen the Texas School Board fights on the news and have heard how haveing conservatives on the board can transform teh curriculum for years to come. This is our opportunity to ensure that free market principles and not marxism is taught, to teach limited government and the purpose of the Constitution, and to encourage self reliance over government dependence. Few of us have an excuse to not run, it costs next to nothing to take a shot at it. There are 665 school board seats in Louisiana if BS.com members can capture just 10% of these seat imagne how our state could change!
