I never heard it reported again that it was found in his car. Instead, it was a patch on his LBV, had "RWDS" which is an acronym for Right Wing Death Squad.

I did some searching and found this with that abbreviation. Weird it says “F” Nazis at the top and they tag that abbreviation on walls. I can find nothing mentioning it before the shooting.
