Need help here with a description of a set of symptoms

This person is mildly confrontational ( always) till provoked then it's ON

Lives to start trouble at work, especially with managment

Has stated that authority will always be his enemy

Has work philosophy that if he works harder than usual on a project then supervision owes him a pass on the "rules" till he decides to its time to do something else spectacular

Makes the statement that he dosn't trust himself with a gun ( LOL.me neither )

this is one I've found
