I want to have some 1911 night sights put on my Tokarev TT-33, is there anyone local I can take it to that can mill the slide and install these sights?

This. I found a guy a place that willing to do it but I'd rather keep my money in Louisiana.

    Kennah!
I have a feeling that there isn't enough metal to support milling and fitting those sights.
And if by chance there is, will there be enough clearance inside the slide for the front sight stud to not only be affixed but also clear the barrel?
Then, if that all jibes, is the metallurgy up to snuff to actually not crack the slide?
And finally, are the sights the right height for the point of aim?

    Hrmmm.

I've seen someone with similar 1911 style sights, there is not enough metal for novak style though. The front would probably also need to be dovetailed, not staked.
    Here is the rear sight

I think the dovetail could be opened, but getting correct poi would be the challenge.

I believe you'll need to get either a different set of sights due to the front sight configuration or perhaps epoxy the front sight in place once a mounting hole is drilled.

I am certain that can be done and not only hold but look fine as well.

You could also consider making a custom dovetail attachment point for the front sight post that would interface with a milled recess in the slide but that's getting a bit ambitious.
