I want to buy a couple lowers, who around BR or maybe hammond will do the paperwork without charging an arm and a leg?

Also, how much paperwork is it? 1-2 hours worth...3-4, 5+?

Any of the site sponsor dealers can do it, prices may vary. You'll have to get the contact information for whoever you are purchasing from and contact the local FFL so they can send a copy of their license to your seller. It shouldn't be more than a few phone calls and a standard 4473 form when you pick it up

I've only done 1 interstate transfer (well, technically 2 but that was because the shipper messed up) but Sulzer Firearms was great and only charged $10. Only "problem" is that they're off Siegen and I loathe dealing with traffic.
