Need help with AK74

We picked up a nice AK74, but problem is it will not cycle correctly. Changed out feed ramp, but that didn't help at all.
Anyone know a gunsmith or AK enthusiast that can help us figure this out or willing to take a look at it around the BR area.

When you say "changed out feed ramp" I'm assuming it's a Saiga conversion? If so, who converted it? How many mags have you tried and what kind?

More details. Problems occur with a full magazine, or after it has ran a few rounds? Metal magazines or plastic?
Factory AK, built of modified?

Start with a full magazine insert into the rifle. Bolt the bolt with speed to the rear, until it hits it stop and release.
Does it chamber?

If it hangs up take a picture of the failure. Remove the slide cover & bolt take a picture of the rails, hammer & feed ramp. Post them here.
