The shooter is a Mexican National with a “Consulate Card”. Does that mean he can Legally Own Weapons? Was he legal to be here? He had been shooting in the front yard before. Why wouldn’t he be locked up or deported for shooting in the front yard.
He is a Mexican & all his victim are Honduran. Did that play a roll in this?
I guess I’ll make some popcorn & wait for some answers.
