    I ended up ordering 12 of the new (2010) ammo cans in 50 cal. You had a choice of OD green, tan, or battleship gray. They are absolutely new, the the seals are new, the paint is not scratched nor are they dented.

    I am very pleased. It turned out that MidwayUSA had a cheaper price when shipping was added in.

    I buy these at flea markets on occasion. Keep my gun cleaning stuff in them. Usually cost me $3-5 each. There are better methods of keeping ammo.

    I can't think of many better containers for storing valuables. The earlier post about post Katrina items which came through totally unscathed speaks volumes IMO.
