Quote me where I said that . MY POINT is not to expect major improvements just because there is a new Chief and everybody thinks he's a great guy . He will still have to follow her agenda . Have you forgotten that she is seeking reelection ? Do you really think she will allow him to shake things up in the hood ? Sorry , I'm not as optimistic as you are .
